Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with FlowPigment. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation behaviour differs by plan:

  • Monthly plan — your subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date and will not be charged again. No refund is issued for the remaining days.
  • Annual plan — your subscription is cancelled immediately and you are moved to the free plan at once. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your billing cycle, a prorated refund for the unused portion is issued automatically to your original payment method.
  • Unused conversion quota is not refunded or carried forward in either case.

Refund Eligibility

Outside of the automatic annual prorated refund, refunds are considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure — if a confirmed bug on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period, we will issue a prorated refund.
  • Double charge — if you were charged twice for the same period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Monthly plan cancellations — no refund is issued regardless of when in the cycle you cancel
  • Annual plan cancellations — after the first 30 days of the billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with watercolor output quality (we encourage you to use the free tier before subscribing)
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date

How to Request a Refund

For refund requests outside of the automatic prorated refund, email billing@flowpigment.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay payment ID (visible in your email receipt)
  • A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
